Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy in that case.
Custom or Bulk Orders:

Cancellations for custom or bulk orders are not accepted once production has begun.

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing a custom or bulk order if you wish to cancel.
Refunds on Cancellations:

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
